Amplification through Double Receiver?

I know it sound funny but can I hook a stereo receiver to amplify the non-powered (preout) of SBR & SBL channles in my H/K 320.
( I can get Stereo Receiever for cheap haha

Absolutely, so long as it has pre-ins. If not, you may be able to go through a tape loop.
This could possibly add a greater degree of versatility. Hmmm. Interesting thought.Make it Funky! -
Ditto... you can, but may have to re-balance using the receiver's volume control with each AVR adjustment.More later,

Thats why they are there bud. I have the h/k 520 and did just that with an old Pioneer and it worked well right up to the point the wife said get those speakers out of my Dining room:(
