Here's my setup:

H/K AVR320

Front: Rti100 x2
Center: Csi30
Surround: Fxi30 x2
Rear center(s): rti38 x2

ATM rti70 is for $399 at CC here and I got rti100 for $159 each a few days ago.

I saw rti70 as DEMO piece and salesman said he can get open box pricing for those...but after a few minutes he said he can't get any discount on rti70 at all. :(

He said.."rti70 is still in production"

CRAP?

    Anyone know a place I can get Rti70 & Csi40 CHEAP? :D

Even if Rti 100 is worse than Rti70 as forum ppl say....is Rti100(tower) better than Rti38(bookshelf) atleast?

seems like Fry's is selling the RTi70 for 199 each. hopefully you have one near you.

i'm still searching for the best deal on the CSi40 but can't find anything lower than 299 for NIB.

i want the csi40 sooooo badly... i might just plunk down the 300 for it.

Heres a quote from a previous post i did in another thread..
Hey dave i just bought a pair of RTi70's NIB just yesterday at Circuit City here in Michigan for 299.99 a piece. It wasnt the greatest deal on these but atleast i got the last new set that i know of in Michigan and i didnt pay 399.99 for each.

Now i know 299 a piece isint the greatest but its not 399..

Ofcourse you could get these 70's at http://www.crutchfield.com/ as well for the same price.

i also heard on here that someone got a good deal like around 300+ for a pair at "the great indoors" hope ya have one in your area.. I do and i'm gona check there price and see whats up.. heh.

If saving 200 off the price at CC will make ya happy just print this out and show the manager at CC and see if he will price match... Ask nicely though as all CC's give differenet deals it seems.

I have both since i previously bought the RTi100's first for the fronts before finding the 70s after.. Plus i have 4 Rti38s and heh.. To me there like the same sound between the 100s and 38s. A tad different cause of the tower but i tried both behind me for surround and it sounded the same to me.. Same speakers really besides the 100 having the powered sub.. Yeah i was thinking of keeping the 100s for the rear but after trying them out then swaping them with the 38s i was like guess not! No sense in spending more money for the 100s just for the looks.. :D

:) Nice! Yeah i tried the same thing with my wife and it didnt fly! hehehe

I only spent 2 bills for a pair of the Rti38s at CC.. I have to buy wall mounts which will probably caost like 70-100 bucks to hold the wait since i need them on an angle.. I paid 480 for a pair of the Rti100s.. Theres enough of a price difference for the women to notice.. Yeah if ya throw in the fact that the 100s have a powered sub and thats nice to have for the rear she still didnt buy it heheh..

The 100s are nice though.. I like the looks of them better thent he 70s with the grills on since the 100s are 4 inches taller and a tad deeper.

go to h.h.gregg you'll find them in Akron and other cities around there, the polk site (dealer locator) will tell you more address and phone numbers. I've called them and they are 299.00ea. I belive.

    Good luck,

Keep an eye out, if your local CC blows them out for a killer price but moves all their inventory before you can get there you can try calling h.h.gregg and have them price match. My local CC sold their last pair of RTi38's so I went down the street to h.h.gregg and they pricematched with their stock.

I know it doesnt help you find a good price for the 70's but just something to keep in mind.
