The wireless surround speaker is no longer producing sound. i have checked the connections. OK. I have pressed the reset button on both the speaker and the transmitter to no avail. Both speaker and transmitter show a blue light to confirm they are in touch with each other. At first I noticed this was intermittet, and the speaker would produce sound after a brief period of interruption. Now it seems permenant. What am I missing? I just bought this in October.

    Hello Fanisius,
I'm sorry you're having a problem. We need to determine if you have a speaker problem or a receiver problem. In order to check out the wireless speaker, remove the connection from the wireless transmitter and the receiver's surround channel output and connect the transmitter to the main right and left speaker outputs. Use the speaker wire connections on the transmitter. Turn the system back on and play any stereo source and see if the wireless speakers produce any sound.
    Regards, Ken

I did as you suggested. There was still no sound from the speaker. The transmitter appears to be transmitting and the speaker recieving but there is no sound from the speaker. What next?
