Volumn changes

We have a new Denon AVR3311C and new polk speakers. Everything is hooked up and working with one minor problem. About every 5 minutes the volume dips for 2 - 3 secs and then returns to previous level. We have only noticed this when watching the TV. We disabled volume leveling on the TV system panel and the volume still fluctuates. Any ideas?

Welcome to Polk's forum. Can you tell us how you get your TV signal? Cable converter box, satellite dish receiver?

Does the Denon see the correct source incoding on the front of unit?? IE-DTS-Ect?
