Gauge of inductors?

Given these parts for the 1C...
24 ft Tri-eutectic solder(switched to the leaded stuff whatever that is)
(2) 4.4 uf sonicap gen 1
(2) 12uf sonicap gen 1
(6) 20 uf sonicap gen 1
(2) .1-.5 ohm mills mra 12 resistor
(2) 2.7 ohm mills mra 12 resistor
(4) 7.5 ohm mills mra 12 resistor
(2) Cardas ccgr-s
(2) Cardas grnd
and these for the cs350...
(1) 5.8 uf
(1) .3 mh 1 ohm dcr
(1) .3 mh .14 ohm dcr
(1) ccgr-s
The gent is asking what gauge for these...
(1) .3 mh 1 ohm dcr
(1) .3 mh .14 ohm dcr
?Beats the dog **** out of me!
