Is Green Bay putting together the perfect season?

I think they will lose a game along the way, but have a really good shot at repeating as champs.

No, you will never see another defeated team in the NFL.If you can't hear a difference, don't waste your money.

Screw Tebow Time. We need some Ponder Points up in here! Right now all we get is Ponder Picks and Ponder Sacks.... and Ponder bad throws. Did I say Go Vikes yet?

The Packers are currently playing on a different level than the rest, but I believe it's unlikely they will be able to maintain the concentration all 16 regular season games.
I also think an AFC team may be peaking at Superbowl time and pick them off.
Bill Belichick and the Pats are a case in point.VTL ST50 w/mods / RCA6L6GC / TlfnknECC801S

Don't forget the 49ers. Packers haven't seen a defense like 49ers.
Who's got it better than us? NOBODYYYYY! -
I don't know about the "49ers' defense", but I do know that the Vikings defense did one hell of a job. The kept the O-line off step, got pressure, got sacks. They stopped the big plays most of the game and played well.
Personally, I think the Packers have it in them to beat every team this season. Rodgers is doing an amazing job and is on his way to breaking almost a dozen QB records this season if he stays healthy and continues to perform. In several games this season, Rodgers has thrown to 10+ different receivers throughout the game, which means that no matter what a defense does there will always be the possibility of someone getting open for Rodgers. Add to the fact that he isn't afraid to hang in the pocket, shake off tackles, and even run with the ball if needed, and you have an all-around tough stop.
The big worry for the Packers is 2-sided (imo). On the offense, the line needs to do a much better job of protecting Rodgers as well as pushing their gaps. Starks and Grant are both very capable runners, but there just isn't anywhere for them TO run normally.
On the defense, we need to work on CLOSING the gaps and stopping the run. That has been our downfall in many of the most recent seasons. This season, while they're not the worst in the league, they've allowed as many yards against them as they have for them. The problem is that when someone breaks through the line, they usually get 8-10 yards minimum per carry.
That's just my take so far. The 49ers will be one of the toughest teams by far this season, but you can't overlook what the Lions have done either. I'll be spending Thanksgiving at my Grandpa's house with my Dad, aunts, and various other family members watching the game together. Haven't allowed a rushing TD nor hundred-yard rusher up to this point is pretty amazing.
Another stat that jumps out is they're +17 on turnover ratio is nothing but remarkable . -

Yeah, I just found that out a minute ago while looking at their stats. I updated my post above to reflect that.
They've done amazing this year...guess I've been blinded by how great my Pack is doing! Gotta be careful of that...49ers are a great team."Dr Dunn admitted that his research could also be interpreted as evidence that women are shallower than men. I'll be watching the Har-bowl this Thur. Can't wait.

They've got nine games to go, just a little less than half. I think they have a very good chance but the odds are against them. Everything has to go right. A simple fumble, interception, a bad call or an untimely injury could change their whole season. I would like to see them do it but it's going to be tough. Good luck Packers fans!Carl

Packers clinch a spot in the playoffs with a win today... I think today will result in a victory but undefeated for the whole season is going to be tough. With that said, my Superbowl Champion Flag is still hanging on my front porch... it will come down when they lose a game... hasn't happened yet obviously.

Think their streak comes to an end today in Detroit. Kevin Smith is gonna be the difference.

I've never been a fan of the Packers, but "anything" that will end that "ridiculous" toasting that that Shula perfect season team engages in 'every' year would be GREAT.

Wonder what Skip Bayless has to say about this one? More than likely something along the lines of "well, the NFL clearly wanted the Pack to win this game as detroit is a much better team" "as for aaron rodgers, he sucked again and green bay must still be missing my husband brett"
-
Not a pretty first half but the Pack showed up for the second half.

They have a great shot at a perfect season...I hope they do it and win it all.

Yesterday showed that the Lions are not ready for primetime. When a team is more interested in showing how badass it is vs. winning, it's never a good thing...
Wasn't paying full attention to the announcers through the 2nd half, but struck me that they overlooked crediting the Pack's staff for offensive adjustments made at half time.
While I think the Pack's 24th ranked run game (Yd/ A) could catch up to them when frozen tundra time is upon them, part of me thinks that the NFL will soon be made fully aware of one, Mr. Brandon Saine (from THE Ohio State University).More later,

KC with 4 minutes to go; I guess this was the concentration lapse I was anticipating.
