Anyone heard of Prize-bounty?

I remember signing up for a X-box on Circuit city's site a while back but other than that It's something I wouldn't do. Anyway, I get an email that says I won a free x-box from Prize-bounty with a pass code. It says give them my address and they will ship the X-box no strings attached. I know the old saying "Too good to be true", has anyone heard of these people or did everyone else win an X-box today?
