WTB: FX1000, CS1000p, PSW650

Looking to complete my setup after nearly a decade - have been an owner of the RT3000p's for 10+ years and hoping to find a pair of FX1000 and CS1000p speakers to compete the setup. Also interested in finding a PSW650.
Given the difficulty to find these speakers in good condition, I'm open to suggestions/ideas for something comparable to compliment my existing RT3000p's. Willing to pay for shipping costs.

I have multiple FX1000s and one CS1000 available.SRT For Life; SDA Forever!
The SRT SEISMIC System:
Four main satellite speakers, six powered subs, two dedicated for LFE channel, two center speakers for over/under screen placement and three Control Centers. Amaze your friends, terrorize your neighbors, seize the audio bragging rights for your state. Go ahead, buy it; you only go around once. -
Do you still have these available? Still looking for them in the Rosewood!HT: Samsung UN55ES7100 | Denon AVR-3312CI | Polk Audio RTiA9 | CSiA6 | F/XiA6

You'll never find them...you should just sell your RT3000p's...to me!
Seriously, it took me several years to complete my RT5000 setup. If you hang in there I'm sure you will find the pieces you still need. Lots of folks are pitching nice big speakers and buying small, flat-panel-friendly speakers these days. Patience will get you what you want.
In the meantime, there ARE options. I used (and still have) a CS400i as a center speaker for a long time with my RT3000p's. Voicing is dead-on, and the only 'shortfall' is the 40Hz to 100Hz area where the CS1000p subs add a little. Chances are that your AVR or pre/pro crosses over at 80 to 100Hz, so these frequencies probably don't get sent to the center channel anyway. They can be bought cheap, and hold their value pretty well, so it would make a good 'stop-gap' center channel speaker, IMO.
As far as a FX1000 substitute, I used fx300's and fx500's for a while. Both worked OK. I now use a pair of FX1000's for side surround and a pair of RT3000p sats (minus the sub modules) for rear (7.1) surrounds. The directionality of the sound beats out the pair of FX1000's I used for rear surrounds for a while. The FX's work great for side surrounds, though. You might look for a pair of Rt55's for the rear surrounds, if you are running a 7.1 setup. I've used them here and they work fine. Actually better freq response than my RT3000p sats, but also a little larger.
I've owned nearly every RT series speaker over the years and gradually upgraded piece by piece to a RT5000 series system. I'm very happy with what I now have, but must admit that the incremental improvements were sometimes not huge.
Hang in there and you will eventually find what you want. You'll be happy you did.My 7.4.4 DIY 4k Home Theater:

Any interest in a PSW1000 instead of the 650? I have one in ebony if interested.
definitely looks purdy but I'm currently focused on fulfilling my center/surrounds first.HT: Samsung UN55ES7100 | Denon AVR-3312CI | Polk Audio RTiA9 | CSiA6 | F/XiA6

Hey guys - curious what the current fair market value is for the CS1000p and F/X1000's in Rosewood. They're all in great condition - I'm asking because I found a willing seller, but I get the feeling he's asking too much.HT: Samsung UN55ES7100 | Denon AVR-3312CI | Polk Audio RTiA9 | CSiA6 | F/XiA6

a really nice Rosewood set with org. boxes sold on ebay last week. 250 for fx1000, 710 for the rt3000, and 650 for the center. That did not include the shipping expense. I have had a Rosewood RT5000 setup for 11 years now and still love it. I also run a PSW1000 (replaced my psw650) and (2) micropro 4000's that luckily i have hidden cause they sound good but are not anywhere near as asthetically pleasing as the PSW1000.Samsung UN55C6500 55" LED

I've opted to go in a different direction and update to the RTiA series so I'm no longer looking. Currently working out a deal with fellow members to offload my RT3000p's.HT: Samsung UN55ES7100 | Denon AVR-3312CI | Polk Audio RTiA9 | CSiA6 | F/XiA6
