MicroPro 3000 / No Sound

I have recently purchased a MicroPro 3000 sub from Polk's eBay store (along with a pair of RTiA9's). I was so pleased with the sub that I bought a second one for our large family room. It arrived today and as soon as I got home, I hooked it up. I am using a RCA "Y" adapter directly off the LFE output on my AVR (Pioneer SC-35). The new sub works great, now the existing sub (some 2 weeks old) will not make a sound. I swapped RCA cables, tried them both separately, reset the sub and even unhooked the power for several minutes. I am getting no sound; however, the remote / LED lamp are letting me know that sub recognizes and responds to my inputs. I readily admit that I'm a "newb", but I cant imagine what I'm doing wrong. The trouble shooting guide in the paperwork is not helping at all.
Anyone have any ideas?

Howdy! This may be a long shot, but make sure both subs "phase" settings are the same. Either both at "0" or both at "180"

Does the old sub work when alone? I would try running the RCA straight from the receiver to the old one - make sure it still works. Then maybe try using the Y, with just the old sub working (if it works connected straight).
Just have to get things back to the way they were when it was working, and troubleshoot from there.65" Sony X900 (XBR-65X900E)

I cant get the "old" sub to work at all. The new sub will work with either cable with or with the "Y" adapter. It makes me wonder if there is a loose connection somewhere inside the sub. I don't want to open it as it is still under warranty.
Looks like I'll be calling Polk tomorrow.
Thanks for both replies! -

I called Polk this afternoon. The gentleman that answered the phone was very helpful. He suggested that I take the passive radiator out and see if one of the wires has lost connection between the woofer and the amp. If for some reason that isnt the problem, he seemed more than willing to do whatever it took to get me either a replacement part or another sub. Two thumbs up for Polk.. well maybe one and a half... the sub did quit working! LOL But I get that stuff just happens.

Opened up the sub and I didn't find anything loose... Grr

Not that it helps your cause much, but at least you still have a sub. lol. I sold mine last weekend, and my 660 doesn't get here till tomorrow. Everything just sounds so hollow (too lazy to change my fronts to large for the week)65" Sony X900 (XBR-65X900E)

I just got off the phone with CS. Polk is sending me out another Amp today. I'm betting with the holiday next week, it will take it a few extra days to get here. I'm just tickled that Polk is taking care of this issue! I will keep yall updated.
You are correct, I do still have one sub! It helps, but my room is so dang big it's getting lost.
