What kinda BS is Flixter/Ultraviolet?

I'm supposed to get a digital copy of the Harry Potter 7 Part 2 movie based on an insert in my DVD. I had to sign up for both sites, and the process hangs up when I try to get the copy. Anyone have any luck with this stuff?

    Yup. The more I read about this particular situation, the worse it gets. I'm not the only one griping about it. It's seems that many folks used to get their digital copies problem-free until the Flixster/UV combo started being used. Poor customer service and accounts not being authorized...bunch of crap.
