I am thinking about building a Billet Aluminum Remote Case and just use the inards of the Dared remote Clear anodized or Black anodized with a clear coat to give it a smooth finish.

Before I start I thought I would see if any of you Dared owners would be intrested as well. If I do this this will be a one time thing as I only want to do 1 set-up to build them. I am willing to do this at cost for polkies only.

You will have to use the inards of your remote once you receive the Billet Piece!!

If you are intrested please just post here, Then I will figure out what cost will be per unit, after I figure out cost then you can commit or pass at that time.

Just saying your intrested does not mean your commited till I figure out cost of materials and shop time. But I need to see how many of you would be intrested to figure out cost.

Maybe if cost is low we can all put a little in the pot for George Grands Charity!!

Let me know fellas!!

Larry.

Do you like the Dared better than the ELP? Was thinking about trying one out.

Yep!! it was hard to let go of the ELP but I'm sure it would not be used much anymore.

I have the key fob style remote. If you could somehow get the innards in the same sleek container that would be great, but somehow I don't think it would be a direct swap.
