Franken-Polk RTA 11T's - does anyone know these speakers

I have a plethora of extra parts and am thinking about building some RTA11's using MW6600x drivers, Peerless tweeter, and the passives. I have one set of passives for this but I cannot identify the second set (lower passive).
They product says each passive was tuned to a different frequency, so I am assuming it's important to get the right passive.
Has anyone had these speakers and what is your opinion of them, and, does anyone have a part number for the lower passive radiator?
