Need a good in-ceiling speaker
I'm working on a small project for my living room. I'd like to go with 2 good pair of in-ceiling speakers that will not break the bank. I'm also planning to replace my Sony 7100ES(not much HDMI support ) with a Pioneer SC-05 or VSX 1021. Any recommendations for speaker? Thanks

I got the Rc60i in-ceilings not too long along ago. A very serviceable surround speaker for not a lot of money. Not sure what you're matching these with though - they may not be up to par with what you already have.
Also, many find the pioneer 1021 to be a bit underpowered. HomeTheater tested it a while back:
Five channels driven continuously into 8-ohm loads:
0.1% distortion at 46.1 watts
1% distortion at 56.7 watts
Seven channels driven continuously into 8-ohm loads:
0.1% distortion at 44.5 watts
1% distortion at 53.7 wattsDisplay: LG 47" LCD | AVR: Marantz SR5005 | BD: Panasonic BDT-210 | CD/SACD: Oppo 980 |

Thanks Drummer. I was looking at the RC60 and RC80i. Would you say the 80i are a pretty large speaker?Shoot the jumper.....................BALLIN.............!!!!!

whats your definition of "not break the bank"? Any chance you can squeeze the new 3-way Polk Vanishing speakers into your budget? My brother is renovating his living room and will be installing these in a couple of weeks. They are supposed to be quite an improvement over the regular 2-way models with some significantly 'fuller' sound.
