Props to Omni Mount
I have a pair of Omni Mount SW24 stands for my RTI's. I do not have the spikes so I fired off a e mail yesterday to them and they called me today and are sending me new spikes, free of charge. I told the girl that was first class service in Polk world and that you would hear about another company with great CS.
We didn't even discuss if the warranty period was expired. I didn't even have to go to the BBB. Just Joking PFB. :twisted:
