    The sheer scale of the project (you see it when you see just the 1 guy standing in the middle of what looks like several hundred feet-deep of empty space) is damn impressive.

    It's an overflow system for storm drainage.

    So there's where all our money that we spend on electronics has been going..... This place and the Three Gorges Dam too.

    That's some impressive preventative measure put in place there!!! Now has any city in these states done anything in comparison? NO

    New Orleans sure could've used it!!!
    Most people just listen to music and watch movies. I EXPERIENCE them.

    As far as I know, Japan isn't basically bankrupt. That could be the difference there.

    Ok so I dont know much about sewers, but I have to say they may have built the most ultimate sci-fi movie stage ever.

    I could defintely see Aliens 457892 being filmed there, or something there about.

    just wow. I love looking at pictures of things like that as it just tells a story without words. The size of the area is just mind blowing. To think of that much water moving thru that system is just crazy.
