 Looking for interesting stuff that's recorded very well that I can sit back, relax, and listen to at night. Just 2-channel redbook I think. HDCD welcome too. For this purpose, I like things like Diana Krall, Norah Jones, Esperanza, Mark Knopfler, James Taylor, etc.. in that realm.. I know there's lots I haven't heard before. Hit me up with what you've got, if you're looking to clean house a bit.

 Actually, I think we should try to set up some kind of music swap thread. Maybe list what you have available to trade... and what kinds of things you're looking for. Think something like this would it get much interest?

Do you own any Enya CD's? They are very nicely produced and sound great. Her music is very relaxing and she has one of the most beautiful voices ever recorded (IMO, of course). I have some extra copies of a number of her discs. I'll have to double check to make sure which ones. Some are the taiwan import "gold CD's". I am pretty sure I have "The Celts", "Shepherd Moons", A Day Without Rain" and possibly "The Memory of Trees". Enya is pretty well known so you may have (at least) heard some of her stuff, but if you don't own any of it this is a good chance to. If you've only heard the "radio play" songs, there is MUCH more that is better on her discs (again IMO). Let me know.

Taken from a recent Audioholics reply regarding "Club Polk" and Polk speakers:
"I'm yet to hear a Polk speaker that merits more than a sentence and 60 seconds discussion." :\
My response is: If you need 60 seconds to respond in one sentence, you probably should't be evaluating Polk speakers.....

Repost this thread in the music section. Did you email a MOD? I doubt if they read all posts, and act on the request.

Yep, I reported it as well.

On the Enya suggestion, I do have some of hers. Not exactly sure which ones tho.
