I have vsx-94txh and vsx-49txi
dvd is 47ai
blu-ray player with multi-channel out samsung I don't remember model (3600?)
rti12 rti10 csi5 rti6
for sound. 49 much better than 94 ( trust me)
Here is a story. I use 94txh instend 49txi hook up. My wife told me your receiver have problem (bad sound)
But 94 have HDMI and hd-audio decode.
for music I use ilink for 47ai and 49txi great.
two choice
1. ilink for dvd player. mult-channel for blu-ray
I keep 49txi sale 94txh.
2. sale 49txi and get power amp for 94txh.
Which way is best.
Also which amp should I get ?
