Flea market steal?

I cam across a Klipsch KSW-12 at a local flea market about an hour ago. Had some scruff on it but the owner is asking 140, and I may be able to get it for 100-120 if I haggle.

My only thing is should I grab this and hope it blend with my ML's during movies or wait and save for my ML Depth?
