    ...there's always a reason. along with hiking up their salerys.

    Our water sewer bill is rediculous here because of partly the same reasons. Failing sewer systems because of the population growth!
    Most people just listen to music and watch movies. I EXPERIENCE them.

    Wish I could triple my rates over 3-4 yrs...instead I get to lower my rates to compete with the starving....WTF
