Ambiophonics anyone?

Hey Guys,
So I've been reading up on ambiophonics recently and took some time this weekend to setup a small system to test it out to see how it sounded. You can read up on what exactly ambiophonics is at the website http://www.ambiophonics.org/
Anyway, I downloaded the 2 channel and 4 channel (free) "transcoders" which allows you to playback 2 channel audio ambiophonically and it really makes a HUGE difference! So much so that I'm thinking about running my SDA's without the interconnect and using the software ambiophonic crosstalk cancellation as it seems to do a more accurate job. I get a much more stable center image with the ambiophonic setup and a better overall sense of the space the music was recorded in. I'd love to hear back from anyone that has more experience with this than I do and find out what you guys think of ambiophonics.
Below is a link to a pdf that goes into greater detail.

very true - but the polks are my best directional speakers at this time. I would try it with my DQ-10's but since ambiophonics works best with a more directional speakers I would think the polks would be better...
