substitute 6502 for 6600?

I bough a driver online which was supposed to be a 6600 driver, but when it arrived it was 6502. This goes in a RTA12B. Can I use this driver ?
Carver C-1, M-500 MKII, Yamaha HTR-5835, Polk RTA 12BM's (M-for mod'd).
