Used. No box and no set up disc. Works perfectly. You can download the Harmony program direct from the site. I
am only selling it because I needed to get another one compatible with the RF Extender.

    Thats a nice remote with the color touch screen to simplify things . I was thinking about getting this but decided on the logitech 1100
