What speakers for back surrounds?
As stated. I have a pair of lsi f/x for side surrounds.......... I was going to be adding a second pair for rear surrounds, except two considerations. THX mandated direct radiating speakers for rear surround and dipoles for sides, and with that said, i really don't want to spend the same for speakers that will not have near the same effect. So, would f/x in rears make difference, should i not use them for rear surrounds, or what speakers would best match the f/x in the sides?
Any help would be appreciated.

bump..... anyone?
I initially was thinking another pair of lsi f/x........but read thx, and dolby doesn't specify.
Then thought about f/xi 6, since seems a bit less dispersed.
Then considered owm5's for being direct, price and size, but worried about matching the other rears, even thought it's not as important as the fronts, and worried about power handleing less than the sides.
Is there anyone that can lend advice? I'm looking to purchase something soon. -
A descent center is a awesome surround it has good freq range good dispertion and plenty of power handling (for movies) nice size too .

what do you mean by parted out?
atrain08 i tried my FXi3 and FXia4 with my LSi setup and they sounded good. was just trying out different speakers for my rears/surroundsmole' -
I'm thinking I may throw my polk ls f/x as backs that i was running on another set to run with my lsi f/x as sides to save money, and they will be directly above listening point(a bit to side, but above), so thinking if i swap the lefts and rights, it would be a direct radiant to my listening point.
I was just trying to go with optimal as specified by thx and dolby specs.
the ls's don't sound as good as the lsi's, but hoping won't be able to tell much difference as running as rear's. -
