I'm thinking about upgrading my polk db1212 sub to the MM1240d to get better sound quality of a sealed system/better sub. Polk recommends a box of .88 cu ft. There is a box at crutchfield that is .95 that I am considering as it appears to be of good build quality and is braced well.

What would be the qtc of the system in these size boxes?
I've been trying to use online calculators and they all give me a slightly different result for qtc.

Of those who have run MM subs of any size, do they do better in larger than recommended enclosures? (I know SR do)

Mobile electronics Australia reviewed the sub and used a big 2 cu. ft. box for it and said that that size would produce .707 qtc.
