I sit in bliss at the degree of accuracy in reproduction Polk 1C's are capable of! :)

Then want to throw them out the window when I have to hear the local IDIOT electronics dealer breath like a stalker into the microphone for his daily inundation of "come get cheap here!!..."

    I know exactly what you're saying. Was listening to my Vifas earlier in the day, FM station, and I had to switch over to the more mellow Peerless in my Monitor 5s on a lesser amp because there was a bit more 'detail' than I cared to hear--now and then! lol

    This one guy at a local furniture and electronics store inhales so deeply you can hear the phlegm rattle. It's semi annoying actually. If you hold your lips closed and inhale a little before you open your mouth and it makes that funny sound cause your tongue is sticking to your lips a bit.... that's what I'm talking about lol. He does that like 30 times in a 30 second spot! I swear he does! I change the station when his commercials come on. Hows that for negative advertising?
