    Doesn't look like a 1.2 TL crossover. Notice that the tweeter input (molex) doesn't have enough places for all 4 tweeters and some of the resistors are not there. Could be a SDA 2B crossover?

    Looks like it's soldered a bit to close to the end of the lead on those caps, sloppy workmanship. Excess heat inside the capacitor can cause issues. No matter, what would you do with only one?
