I'm with you on the back. Its a short car to begin with and that forward slope does nothing to hide it. i like how sleek it is though. I'd never before considered a post 1974 mustang but the new gt is something else. and THAT ENGINE?? one of the best Ford has ever made. incredible. Ford has gotten their act together man. I rented an Explorer last week and it was pretty sweet. I noticed someone had broken the touchscreen so I had to take it back and they gave me a Chevy Tahoe. Have to say GM could learn a thing or two from the Ford camp, and I'm a GM guy.design is where science and art break even.

I still say sales will be 6-1 with the Camaro and mustang stealing the spot light!! With the Camaro taking top spot this next year but Mustang besting it the following year!!
The ZL1 will take top sales in 2012 out of the 3 but the GT500 will follow very close just like last year.. -
a reasonable prediction, T4LF. IMO, The Mustang GT represents the best value in muscle out there. 415hp five-point-oh with high 20's mpg for a $30k cost of admission. pretty tough to beat. Whether you like the styling is another issue. I think the Pontiac g8 GT (RIP) ushered in the new age of attainable muscle cars in '08 and I think the future of moderately priced road burners is a bright one.design is where science and art break even.

Don't you "die hard" folks ever get tired of the "i'm a MOPAR man" crap? Those companies bear NO resemblance to what they were 30 years ago, so where could that allegiance possibly come from? Especially to GM / Mopar, who have put out 15 years of garbage?If you will it, dude, it is no dream.

Being a fan of something is one thing. Hating everything else is stupid. And no drawing parallels to Bose, cuz that's different. It's not like everyone on the Polk boards hates..... Paradigm or something. There's no reason for them to be mutually exclusive, the Ford / Chevy / GM folks just try to foster that **** so you stay loyal to their stupid brand.If you will it, dude, it is no dream. -
