While I was thumbing through a store a like to call a musical shlock store that takes in all sorts of stuff cleans them up and sells them. I found a giant tub ful of remotes and found an Onkyo RC-200S,I asked the guy and he told me I could have it for free. After putting in new batteries the the thing works w/ all funtions that apply to my Onkyo P-301.
Now while at this same store he has many multiband equalizers and I was wondering it this something that is really needed. I'm happy w/ the sound I have now w/ the new ICs so is it thumbs up or down. He has all brands like SAE, Kenwood and many others.

I am not a fan of EQ's myself but it may be fun to play with. I would say no if it were me though.
