Floor Spikes Rti A7

Hello guys I have a question about floor spikes. Are they worth using? Second i threw away one of the packages of spikes that came with my A7's on accident. What is the size and what are some good ones to get. Thanks

PS My new setup kicks my old setups butt monday thru sunday!! Even got the wow factor from the wife.:mrgreen:

    You can't buy the spikes just anywhere. Call Polk to request some more.

    Of course there worth using especially if you have carpet. Some owners are upgrading to a different type of spike that's being offered around here in a group buy.

    A lot of the aftermarket spikes will not work with the RTi Ax speakers due to the length of the threaded stud being too short. Also, the stock spikes do not work well on padded carpet as they do not pierce thru.

    The standard toe spikes (1/4-20) from http://www.adonacorporation.com/tweaks.html work very well on carpet.
