I recently had a 5.1 surround system with a Onkyo TX-NR 609 receiver, Polk Surroundbar 50, and Polk PSW110 sub and Samsung 55" set up by a professional AV dealer. The sub worked fine for 2 weeks and suddenly doesn't seem to be functioning through my sound bar. I know very little about any of the equipment and was wondering if I could have accidently changed a setting through my Logitech Harmony 900 RF remote one morning when it seemed to be malfunctioning. All I did was turn the remote on and off a couple times and then the remote seemed to function but it seems that was close to the time that the sub stopped coming through the sound bar. I'm not certain if it's the sub, receiver, sound bar, or remote setting. Any basic advice will give me some direction. Thanks in advance!

I don't know all the answers but it could be possible the AVR changed settings, after all, it's a piece of electronic equipment subject to failure at any time. The sub amp could have died.
What a way to come into club Polk.
I'm sure the more learned will be able to help you better.
Just keep experimenting with the system, you might find the answer.

My post begging for assistance has been solved. When I dusted my subwoofer, I accidentally turned down the volume to zero and the crossover as well. It's working just fine now. Thanks anyway.
