Ipod Touch 32GB[4th Gen-with Camera] LIKE NEW

So, I bought an Ipod Touch 32GB(The new one [4th Generation] with the Face chat camera) from Walmart, I opened it and tried to return it within the 15 day period they gave me. They refused the return.
I have the receipt as proof of purchase (and for warranty) it is around 3 weeks old, if I can recall.
It will come with the box, never use ipod headphones, a protector case that came with a screen protector-which is applied with little flaws.
The protector and back are scratch free.
I can take as many photos as requested-just ask.
It was played for a couple of trips (roughly a few hours total play time-sitting in my glove box), but I have since had it sitting on my desk for a week or so, and I cannot see myself using it much as I have a hard-drive hooked to my car now.
Everything is near new, and it has the latest firmware with around 4200 songs on it.
I will keep the songs on (if wished or removed them), ship it in the original case and pack it well inside of a small flat rate box.
I am asking $270 or best reasonable offer. (I am a reasonable guy, and I am willing to work with someone)
I understand Christmas is coming around the corner and this could make a fantastic gift for a child (or grandson for those who LOVE to spoil their grandchildren) a decent price.

Payment is to be received first. I can call and remove my iTunes account from the ipod as well as my name so you can register it more easily as if it were new.
I have a perfect score on Ebay feedback (43 @ 100%) and am more then willing to prove my feedback rating is linked to this account.
