New sub advice needed..

My system is below. I was using the Sony SA-WX700 as my sub. dual 10s in them. I thought it matched pretty good with what I had. Looking for something similar and if possible under $500. What goes well with the RTis? I do both movies and music.

    Awesom sub. I like mine alot and would recomend one. The nice thing about the WI's are double the wattage of the regular DSW Pro line.

    My experience is that subs are different things to different people. Also, the size of the room and the need (audio/video) add into what you might need.

    Watts don't mean too much if there are enough. Actually, the build and especially on the lower end, bigger size is better.

    Some good, large older Polks can be found under $500 on ebay that are excellent, especially for video.

    I surely don't need another sub, but the one that intrigues me is the EPIC EMPIRE. It is big, cheap, and gets good reviews.
    If I were buying on the cheap - would try that.

    for under 500. get yourself 2 PSW505 or BIC F12 for $200 each.

    DSW Pro 660WI plays lower than the BIC F12 and the DSW PRO and DSW PRO WI's are way better than the PSW505's

    of course, The 660wi costs double. I am just pointing out what $200 can do.

    Great point. Ive been wanting an Epik for some time.

    Can anybody what would be the dif between the psw110 and the DSW PRO 550wi? Sound wise. Is it worth it spending the extra for the dsw?
