i saw some floor standing speakers on ebay that are 60 to 70% off the MSRP. the one im really interested is the pair of RTi12 for only $599.00. the question is, is this for real? why is it so cheap even if its refurbished? is this deal really from polk audio?
please comment on this. to those who bought some from ebay i'll be glad to hear from you.

The polk ebay site is real, the deals are real and are awesome. The products look new even though they have been refurbished. Lots of time they are simply speakers shipped out and not accepted at delivery, ones that had to have a part or two replaced, etc.

I personally would buy from them in a heartbeat. The RTi12's are priced like that as they are a discontinued model that Polk is still trying to offload the remaining quantities off. The RTi A9 replaced them quite some time ago.

I bought my Rti 12's and Csi A6 from the Polk ebay store. They're called refurbs, but they look completely new. No quality issues in any way. I got my 12's for the same price earlier this year. Awesome deal !!!!

Very great place to buy Polks from. Just make sure its from the Polk Ebay Store. Its free shipping, and always great prices.

I bought my set of Tsi500's from there, and they look and sound brand new. They have a 2 year warrenty on the speakers, plus if something happens within that time, its free shipping to send them back.

One of the cool things is though too; when I bought mine of the eBay store, I called the Polk 800 number afterwords, and talked to a very cool CSR and she actually was able to lower the price from what I won the auction at. I dont remember how much I paid for the speakers but I think it was actually a super deal.

I wish I had the money at the time to get even more high end speakers, seeing has now I have a really good receiver. But if your interested in Polks, buy from there. I never once regreted it

Got my refurbished CSi5 that way and it was like new. Very happy! I plan to buy some RTi A3s the same way. Go for it!
