On Palladia right now, I didn't know Chad Smith was holding down the drums, nice surprise! Second track - 'Soap on a rope'? Hmmm...

Soap on a rope is from the first CD, FWIW
    - Not Tom ::::::: Any system can play Diana Krall. Only the best can play Limp Bizkit.

I got the deluxe version with a bonus "making of" dvd. Packaging is pretty cool, 3D glasses and everything...

Picked it up today at Wally World, listening to it right now 2nd time, I don't know about this one Sammys voice seems a little strained, I like the rest of the band though Joe, Chad, and Michael, sound good together. I think I will listen to some Montrose next to remember Sammy when he kicked some ****. It might grow on me, the first Foot was pretty good.

At first listen I liked a lot of the songs. The rest grew on me with subsequent spins. I like it alot. Sammy's voice IMO is still strong, especially for a guy in his mid 60's. Mike's bass and high harmonies are steller (Dubai Blues is my fav for that), Chad's drums are rock solid and Joe is amazing as usual.

On another note, I saw Sammy in concert a couple weeks ago at a local fair. Prob 5-6K audience. Still puts on an awesome show!

I've listened to this a couple times through now. Not nearly as good as the first. Big Foot on down is good. Just about every track before that one is meh at best. The I need a job song(Three & a half letters) is just downright awful. Almost didn't make it all the way through that one the first time & have skipped it everytime since. Incidentally, my disc has 11 tracks but the track listing on the packaging only has 10?
