PSW250 Subwoofer hookup question

I just recently purchased a used but in great shape RM6200 HT package. This is my first foray into HT and I'm kinda confused as to how to set up the Subwoofer. The set up instructions in the manual that came in the box for the RM6200 is different from the manual that came with PSW250. I'm connecting this to an Onkyo TX-DS474 who's instructions for connecting the SW & speakers are different also. So my questions are which is the best way to get this set up? Should I just call Polk Customer Service and have them walk me through it? Any help, ideas, instructions would be greatly appreciated.

PS, I won't be accessing internet tonight (prior obligation) but will be able to respond tomorrow.
