Armacell Vs. other brands?

Quick question... I can't get Armacell locally but there are other brands that look similar.

Is this one of those things I should make sure I get the exact brand like Mortite was? Or can I just use any kind of foam strip?

Thanks for the help. I can order it online but just wanted to make sure in case I could use something else.
