I bought my fxi30's new and the grill was missing when i opened the box, they shipped a new one and i received it today. Only problem it doesnt have a polk logo, just a blank spot.. for it. I e-mailed Kim back and let her know. being i never even received the grill from a new purchase i surely want the logo.. if it were a warranty replacement i would understand more, oh well im sure they will send me one.. They get my thumbs up here
