Hybrid SACD Layer better than Regular Redbook?

I hope it is not placebo effect, but Hybrid SACD sounds better than regular redbook CD to me. Anybody has similar experience? Any scientific explanation on the hybrid layer of SACD that will confirm this? thanks.
I am sorry, I have no opinion on the matter. I am sure you do. So, don't mind me, I just want to talk audio and pie.

    It could be that the remastering is simply better. Just like getting a remastered CD.
