Selling my very nice Parasound HCA1500A 2 channel amp. This is a beautiful sounding amp that were driving my Polk RTi12's. This amp is in mint condition, honestly looks brand new . I purchased this from a young guy who's father gave him all his parasound equipment.(Luck guy) This guy stuck it in a closet for 5 years. So I am thinkling with my use and previous use this amp only haves a couple years on it. When I purchased it in 2009 I brought it to a Parasound authorized service center,Midwest audio in Arlington Heights IL, to have it fully gone over and make sure it was in specs. The tech who went over it said it looked brand new. I agree. When I hooked this baby up boy did my Polks come to life. I have enjoyed this amp but I have decided to go to separates and I have purchased a Parasound multichannel amp. My next is to get a preamp. So I need the funds! If you are looking for a amp to drive your fronts this is the one. High current, nice sonic sound stage. I did have some ground loop hum( believe it is my cable box) but I hooked up a cheater plug and the amp was dead silent.Otherwise, this amp has performed wonderfully.I have owned several amps such as three Carvers, Nad and a Adcom and this in my opinion is the finest amp I have had. I will be sticking with Parasound equipment:tongue:
Asking $375.00 Polkie price plus shipping and paypal 3%(You can still use paypal gift option)
If you have any qustions let me know! I will also be listing a Marantz MA700 mono amp.

Hey I had a question, seeing as I NEVER use paypal. I thought the 3% that paypal snakes out of their costumers so intended to be paid by the seller? Not trying to troll or anything, I was just always told that haha maybe Im wrong? lol Either way GREAT amp... I wish I worked more to buy nice things like this

Not everyone pays with PayPal... If someone local wants to pay cash, they pay 3% less.

Long story short, the price is "x", if you need to use PayPal to buy it, fine but the price is 3% more to cover higher cost.

BTW, NICE amp. I love mine and if I did not just dump a ton of $$$$ into fencing in my back yard for my idiot dogs... I would most likely already have this being shipped to me for my A7's.

    GLWTS.

Not trying to derail here but this 3% has been covered in another thread. if you use your debit card as a funding source, no one pays 3%. Also for those folks who didnt "abuse" the paypal as a gift option, that is another fee-less option. So folks dont be shy, if you want to use paypal to pay for this fantastic amp you have fee-less way to do it. Free bump...

Really no rush in selling this amp.If someone is interested and does not have the funds right now let me know. I will leave this on here for a week or so and if no interest I will list it on agon. This is a very nice amp and do not let the 205w/channel fool you. This is high current and warm sounding.Guys who have owned these older Parasounds can testify to that.
As mentioned above, feel free to use the gift option on paypal. Also, I do not have the original box but I will double box this with foam and peanuts/bubblewrap.
