I bought car audio stuff from them over the phone almost 20 years ago. The amp I ordered was out of stock, so the gave me the next higher wattage model in the series of amps at no charge (and it too was the best price I could find). Never had to ship anything back though, so can't really say how the service was other than the 5-10 minute call to place the order, which was fine.

They have stores in New Jersey/New York/Philly areas, so maybe someone who has bought from them locally will chime in.

They're reputable, at least they were. I bought some speakers from them. They do have physical stores, I think just in NJ, though.

I've never bought speakers from them but I bought a Denon receiver and Blu-ray from them and didn't have any issues at all.

I bought my entire H/T set up from them. It was at the East Brunswick store that is no longer in buisness. Some say the chain does not have that long to go before folding entirely. As for customer service they did help me when one of my Klipsch speakers went out and through them Klipsch sent me a new spkr and I did not have to return the beat spkr which was kind of odd to me.Just thinking back I do remember that the salesman I dealt w/ wasn't pushy at all and really did work w/ me.

I bought a few things from them when I was living in Madison, N.J. back in 2000-01. They had a store on Route 10 at that time if I remember correctly (I could be wrong....you Jersey guys can correct me, if this is the case).

Never had any problems with them and they've always had a 'good' online presence!
