After a high of about 97F the clouds rolled in in our last chance of the summer monsoons, the temps dropped 30 degrees in minutes, heavy rain, lot's of thunder and lightning . More of the same all weekend! I think we got down to 69F last night in Tucson, Steve got down much lower than that in Sierra Vista. I turned off the A/C for the first time since late April and opened all the windows!

Good for AZ glad to hear about the cool down for most has been a brutal summer, either floating away or burning in hell

It has been pleasant temperature wise this last week in most parts of Texas except for the fire regions....best wishes to those

But we deperately still need rain

3pm today hardly a cloud in the sky and about 95F, then an hour ago Bam! big black clouds over the city, we're fixing to get it again.

I feel for you Texas folks, ya need a big tropical storm, but it's so freakin' dry there I don't see how one could even get close without dissapating as it moves in. Texas almost sucked the life out of Lee as it got close to Louisiana :frown:

Yup, I just got a bunch of free water in my pool, and it's acting like it's not done yet.

I was just looking outside and the clouds are coming from the south but the winds on the ground are coming from the north very tornadic, and yep they just interupted programing on channel 9, funnel clouds reported near Vail SW of town. No touchdowns yet
