It's a Marantz 2220B. At 20w/ch @ 8ohms, this thing is no slouch. Don't laugh.... it was built in the '70s. It kicks. The JVC went downstairs to the TV and is currently driving the Polks hooked up to the sat.

What I'm most interested in is the Quadradial FM output. Sounds like there's some cool old technology there that just never made it.Ludicrous gibs! -
Nice find! I have a 2215b out in the garage rig with a pair of Pioneer CS-88a's. Old school '70's all the way, baby. (Courtesy of G.B. Grand, Eastampton NJ). I really dig the sound of that receiver. Even at 15wpc, it will run just about any speaker I have as loud as you'd wanna hear it.
I LOVE the gyrotouch tuner. Very cool.
