Proposed ordinance to make it illegal for nudists to sit on public seating without placing a towel or similar barrier between their body and the seat, or to go into restaurants au natural....

Wait.... it's not already illegal to go out in public naked?

As far as the "towel" is concerned though, really?
If you will it, dude, it is no dream.

I got to say, I'm with bobman here? WT*! Where is it legal to go into a public place naked?

Is this ordinance for 'nudist retreats' or what?

I am all for being able to do as you please but having sweaty balls and **** crack from a dude on display is just nasty. Of course if it's a lady with a short skirt,no panties and wants to drag her stuff all over a bench then I will wait in line for a seat. Hell, I'll even cop a squat and stare at her like shes a piece of.......art.
    Everything matters. That is all.
Money cannot buy happiness, but it sure can buy a bad **** boat to pull up along side it though.

Last couple of sentences in the linked article....
Just walking around naked isn't against the law, unless the person is aroused. Then it becomes a lewd act, when seen in public. City parks also are off limits to nudists.

I do support the towel idea, though. Only seems prudent.

In NYC women are allowed to walk around top-less. I have seen it. When you go to the Pride parade there are women who walk around top-less.

I also saw an older women playing a guitar on 7th avenue and she was top-less. (it was not a pretty sight)

The law was passed maybe 6 or 7 years ago. As for the bottom, if you walk around naked you will be arrested.

I'm sure there are areas in the country (near nude beaches) that have people walking around nude and going into restaurants.

Boy, I've been away from the city for too long Sal! Maybe I'm too far North from the major Urban areas because up here you'd be arrested in a second or less.

    C'est la vie!

The pendulum swings. Puritanical at times, Anarchistic at others.

Despite all of the rules and regs out there now, it seems like some areas (like areas of those dude nudists without a towel) are swinging toward anarchy
