Garmin GPS II+ - Black - 9/10(Aesthetics) - FREE to CONUS
KARMA CLOSED
I have an old Garmin GPS II+ that is missing an antenna that I have no need for anymore. It doesn't seem to want to work for me although it tracks satellites and finds my location and me. Either I forgot how to use it or its flaking out, unsure but it's free to good home. I've used this for many years and especially as my field GPS for checking satellites and coverage for cell sites when they are down for some reason or another.
If you need a case for an old one, all the way thru the GPS V+, this will work as a replacement. It's been very well cared for beings I bought it in 1998. If you just want to keep it in your camping gear as a backup, this would work fine and keep you alive. The antennas on eBay are anywhere from $5-20. I have 5 other handheld GPS units so it's time to clean house.
I'll also include the data cable needed to connect it to your computer and such via serial port which is about $20 alone and fits all 4 pin models of Garmin GPS.
GPS II+ User Manual & Quick Start. Use the drop-down menu's and go to "On the Trail", then "Discontinued", then "GPS II+". All the software for download is there.
Includes: Data cable.

Yours.
It wasn't supposed to be a line....just a "if someone wanted it....first come first serve" type of Karma.
Sorry, should have stipulated but either way, it works fine for both of us since we live close to one another.
Do you have one or just want to throw it inside the camper Shawn? If it's for the camper then I have a deal you can't resist for a bunch of other accessories.CTC BBQ Amplifier, Sonic Frontiers Line3 Pre-Amplifier and Wadia 581 SACD player. Speakers?
