Best bang/buck bicycle head/taillight?

What is the best head/taillight for a bicycle? I ride around a developemnt in the evening. Cost is not an issue, weight is a consideration.

I know as a kid, I never wanted a light on my bike. Enjoyed being in stealth mode. Who wants to be seen comming ?

Thumbs up on the niterider. The Lightning Bug 3.0 flashing front and rear set are nice as cheap small lights but the Minewt will be much brighter. Its getting dark as I ride home already. Fall is right around the corner. Bright lights make the ride much safer.

Put yer headlight on yer head, that way you can scope out your perimeter(rapists, muggers, escaped zoo animals)! I got the Hardcase off of a WooT and can not figure out how I ever lived w/out one ! (replacing ignition module at 10:30 PM with both hands free)

Headlight on your...head ?? Man, where I grew up, that would make an easy target....hence my love for stealth mode.

Yeah, but you'd be shooting at targets in the dark, they would have one all nice and lit up for 'em.

That's cool... I buy from my LBS when they have what I'm looking for. I bought my Giant bike from them, plus they do all the repairs and maintenance on my bike.
