    Probably junk, but you never know. $10 is pretty cheap for a fun afternoon, I'd bag em if they were local, just for giggles.

    I've got a pair similar to those but not as wide. They have the same tweet plastic thing on top. Brand is Channel Master mine are called Adironack Model ?. Cheap w/ RCA connectors on the speaker wire ends connected internally. Wire comes out from inside the speaker no binding posts.
    2-ch System: Parasound P/LD 2000 pre, Parasound HCA-1000 amp, Parasound T/DQ Tuner, Phase Technology PC-100 Tower speakers, Technics SL-1600 Turntable, Denon 2910 SACD/CD player, Peachtree DAC iT and X1asynchorus USB converter, HSU VTF-3 subwoofer.

    Could have some super secret awesome drivers in them worth $10,000.... or could be worth the firewood they're mounted in. Either way, probably worth the $10. I've gotten diseases for less than that.

    For $10, get them and find out.

    What's the worst that happens? You throw them out? Yank all the drivers, seal up the holes and mount some subwoofers in them? Find out they are really cool and end up with a diamond in the rough? The absolute worst you can do for $10 is you meet someone new.

    $10 for an adventure and you don't even have to keep the memories? Sounds like a deal to me.
