I have a Pioneer 1120k receiver but I'm not certain it would be up to the task of driving an in-wall set of 5 LS series speakers properly. Is this true? Should I go with the Rti or other series?
Pioneer vsx-1120k, B&K Sonata series video-5 amplifier, Polk Rti8, Fxi3, Csi5, and HSU VTF-1

All those LS in-walls are rated at 8ohms rather than the 4 the other LSi's are. So you might be fine running off a AVR rather than dedicated amp.
