Went shopping yesterday while the power was out due to the hurricane. I picked up two new music dvd's: When You're Strange, a film about the Doors and Legends Canyon, the story of rock music created in the Hollywood Hills in the sixties. The Doors dvd I wanted to see because we have one of those demo discs that has a five minute blurb on it. From what I saw it looked pretty good. The legends canyon was an impulse buy. It talks about artists such as: Crosby, Stills and Nash, Mamas and the Papas, Buffalo Springfield and The Byrds et al. Anyone else seen this ?

Speaking of music DVDs, we watched the "Jeff Beck, Live at Ronnie Scott's" and it was excellent. Wonderful music, great sound and an amazing bass player!
