PM's not going through

Can anyone tell me how to fix this?
I ran into it last week when I was trying to buy some speaker from a fellow member, but he never got my PM's, so I lost out on the sale, since I did finally email him but it was too late...

    hummm, that might explain why I have not heard from Paul in 2 days now.

    I did get one to go thru today....
    I thought it was still messed up, but ironically, not long after I posted this...
    and just now a 2nd one....

    Hmmm....it is a mystery to me
