Went to a Josh Groban concernt last night. Was not looking forward to it alot, I admire his talent but his music is not my cup of tea. But, it actually was pretty enjoyable! He has very much a crack band supporting him and once I got past the screaming women(think Beatles) it was an ok time.

Then filled up the car and was hit by a truck:eek: Had filled it up and had to go inside and use the facilities. Came back out and my wife motioned to me to look at the hood of a car and a Dodge truck hit me from the blindside, he told me and the police he was looking at which pump to use! Not only will he get a ticket for that but he apparently does not have car insurance either. Went to the hospital in the ambulance just in case, they used one of those neckbrace and backboard things, very uncomfortable but does its job I guess. The tests came back negative so other than bumps, bruises and being sore, I guess I be ok!

That's what you get for GOING to a Josh Groban concert. Sounds like Karma to me.
CTC BBQ Amplifier, Sonic Frontiers Line3 Pre-Amplifier and Wadia 581 SACD player. Speakers? Always changing but for now, Mission Argonauts I picked up for $50 bucks, mint.

Let this be a lesson to ya'. Next time go to a Bette Midler concert, that way you can only be hit by an elderly woman sportin' a cane. Think safety.

Yeah, some type of Karma going on for sure, on the other hand, with what my wife puts up with me it was a small sacrifice, well, at least it was until the Dodge hit:tongue:

I am confused, you were in the store when the car got hit, but went to the hospital anyways? Regardless, I hope you are ok, but I am confused :)

When I read it over the first time, I thought that the truck hit the car, as well. That his wife was motioning for him to see the truck parked on his hood.

Then I reread it, and I see that he was actually hit, not the car.

Glad there were no more serious injuries!
    Ludicrous gibs!

What will be interesting is i might get a copy of the video tape of the whole affair since the station has monitors....You tube here I come!
